The menu includes steak, sukiyaki, hot pot, and barbecue, with different seating areas. You can choose a set meal for lunch. I was worried that I couldn't control the heat of the barbecue, so I ordered the Yonezawa steak heavy set meal, which includes salad, appetizer, soup, dessert, and drink. The steak was cut into pieces and laid on the rice. The meat was delicate and delicious.

Murakami in Niigata Prefecture was once a castle town, and salmon has been an important part of their diet since the Heian period (794-1185) a thousand years ago. Founded in 1626, Kikkawa is a specialist in producing and selling salmon food using traditional techniques of ancient salmon cuisine, which has been passed down for 15 generations. Salmon is a treasure from head to toe. People in Murakami town have created more than a hundred different salmon dishes. In addition to the meat, the head, bones, fins, and internal organs can all be enjoyed. To do something to the extreme is the typical culture and character of the Japanese nation. In the evening we came to Tsukioka Onsen, where there is transparent green hot spring water, which is said to bring immortality and eternal youth. This is of course an exaggeration, but it is enough to illustrate the Japanese obsession and love for hot springs. #MonthlySpecialPlan #JapanTravel #CityHumanitiesNotes
